About the Studio

By Phases was built on a simple belief: every founder deserves the opportunity to bring their ideas to life, with the right expertise and guidance behind them.

We saw how many founders had beautiful ideas but felt overwhelmed by where to begin, how to develop their designs
or what they needed before approaching a manufacturer.
We created By Phases to bridge that gap.

At the heart of the studio is Zinnia, a Fashion Designer, Garment Technician & Fashion Illustrator with over 9 years of industry experience. Having worked with established fashion brands across creative direction, design, patternmaking, garment construction, technical development, sampling and production, as well as closely with manufacturers in China, she brings an understanding of the entire journey.

Today, we bring that experience to independent founders, helping them turn their vision into original, fully developed collections while avoiding costly mistakes and making confident decisions.

Our mission goes beyond designing clothes. We want to help more founders become the creators of their own brands, giving them the freedom to build something meaningful, original and truly their own.
